FACILITIES AT HELLIFIELD VILLAGE HALL

MAIN HALL
The main hall is 42 feet x 23 feet approximately.
It features a sprung wooden floor, blackout curtains, small lighting rig for stage presentations, a large double entrance door (from the foyer) and emergency exit at the far end of the building. The hall is linked to the well equipped kitchen by a serving hatch with closing door as required. There is capacity for 80 people with tables and 100 people with chairs only.
YORKE ROOM
The Yorke room is 26 feet x 12 feet approximately.
This is a smaller meeting/activity room which has been refurbished to allow hiring for more family and individual options such as private meetings, family anniversary, celebrations and children's birthday parties. There is capacity for 20 people with tables and chairs and 30 people with chairs only. It has separate access from the main foyer and also bookable with use of the modern kitchen facilities.
KITCHEN
The Kitchen is finished to a high standard and offers a full range of crockery, pots, pans and glasses. In addition there is an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettles, a wall mounted water heater and microwave. There is ample workspace and it is connected to the main hall via a serving hatch. Use of the kitchen can be tailored to booking requirements.
